Comments
If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data indicated in the comment form as well as the IP address and browser user-agent data of the visitor in order to detect spam.
Media files
If you are a registered user and upload pictures to the site, you might want to avoid images with EXIF metadata because they might contain your GPS location. Visitors can extract this information by downloading the images from the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can have your name, email address and website stored in a cookie. This is done for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in the data again when you comment again. These cookies are stored for one year. Owner and User are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Limitation of Liability
User expressly agrees that it uses DalyWaste at its own risk. DalyWaste is a specialized online publication intended for a general audience. DalyWaste administration is not responsible for any damages that may occur. The user is entirely responsible for any misrepresentation that may arise from viewing, reading, or copying the material contained in DalyWaste, and thus no entity or individual can be held liable for the use of said material. Under no circumstances can the Owner of DalyWaste be held liable for the consequences that resulted directly or indirectly from the use of information posted on this DalyWaste, and be the basis for their prosecution. Neither the administration of DalyWaste nor its affiliates or employees guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free operation of DalyWaste; nor do they guarantee that both the results obtained from the use of DalyWaste and the accuracy and applicability of its materials will be the same.

All information and materials posted on this DalyWaste are presented without warranty that they may not contain errors. The owner of DalyWaste has the right to change the information and materials on this site at any time and without prior announcement of such changes.

Modification of terms and conditions
This Agreement is not a contract. The owner of DalyWaste reserves the right both to modify this Agreement and to enter a new one. Such changes are effective when posted on DalyWaste. User’s use of the site materials after a change in the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.
